Finance & Administrative Coordinator - Onsite in Irvine (with flexibility around hours) The Finance & Back Office Coordinator supports the daily financial operations of a growing medical organization, ensuring accurate transaction processing, vendor management, and seamless coordination between Finance, Supply Chain, and Clinical Operations. ERP experience with SAP or Oracle is required. Key Responsibilities: • Process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and expense reports with accuracy and compliance • Support AP and AR workflows, including vendor setup, invoice coding, billing follow-ups, and reconciliations • Assist with month-end close activities such as accruals, reporting, and data transfers within SAP/Oracle • Maintain organized financial records and documentation aligned to internal controls and healthcare compliance • Coordinate purchasing requests, inventory support, and back-office workflows with operational teams • Prepare basic reports and assist with KPI tracking for Finance leadership • Serve as point of contact for vendor communication and administrative finance support Qualifications: • 2-4 years of finance or accounting operations experience (healthcare preferred) • Proficiency in SAP or Oracle required; strong Excel skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communicator who can partner effectively with cross-functional teams Please submit a resume to be considered.
