Assist with helpdesk support, manage IT assets, and handle group operations related to computer supplies.
Proficiency in MS Office, basic understanding of OS/software, previous administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: • ** Helpdesk & User Support: Triage and resolve basic IT issues (password resets, software access, email access) and direct complex issues to senior tech staff. • ** Inventory & Asset Management: Track and manage IT hardware, software licenses, and other assets; process orders for new equipment. • ** Group Operations: Manage computer supplies for corporate. Essential Skills & Qualifications: • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), basic understanding of OS/software, data entry. • Soft Skills: Excellent organization, problem-solving, strong communication, customer service, multitasking, attention to detail. • Experience: Previous administrative roles, ideally with some exposure to IT environments.
