This pivotal role involves building the GTM recruiting function from the ground up, with a focus on delivering senior leadership hires and scaling an international recruiting team. The successful candidate will be a core member of the TA leadership team, shaping the TA strategy, and leading the GTM pillar with an emphasis on international expansion. Responsibilities also include directly leading VP+ searches, providing data-driven insights, and redefining the company's approach to competing for GTM talent in the AI/SaaS space.
