Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our sales team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is a commission-only position, offering significant earning potential for a high-performing sales leader. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Provide hands-on training and coaching to sales associates, fostering a high-performance sales culture. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive improvement. • Engage with customers, providing expert advice and personalized service to close sales. • Oversee the sales floor, ensuring it is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest merchandise. • Execute sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers. • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery. • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to senior management. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail furniture store management • Proven experience in sales, in the furniture or retail industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, management, or a related field is a plus.
