Our team is looking for Customer Representatives to represent AT&T, assisting customers with their wireless and internet service needs while delivering a positive customer experience. Working with AT&T, we help customers choose the right plans, troubleshoot service issues, and upgrade their devices and services. If you have experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality, your ability to connect with people will make you a great fit for this role! Our Customer Representative team focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring every customer receives personalized support and product recommendations. Every Customer Representative begins at the entry level, with a structured path to higher-level sales and leadership positions. Our training will build our Customer Representatives with the knowledge and confidence to excel in sales, customer service, and account management. If you are excited about gaining hands-on experience while engaging with people daily, then the Customer Representative position is right for you! Full Time Customer Representative Responsibilities: • Speak with customers to give personalized service and product advice • Enroll new customers and help guide them with AT&T’s internet and wireless packages • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and as well as any and all necessary technical support needs • Collaborate with fellow Customer Representatives and management team to achieve client and company goals • Improve skills in areas such as public speaking, negotiation, problem-solving and leadership • Track and report customer and sales data into company mobile device using a CRM software Full Time Customer Representative Qualifications: • Experience in customer service, sales, customer support or any customer-facing role • Ability to work in a team environment with other Customer Representatives but also thrive while working independently • Excellent communications and active listening skills to be an effective communicator • Open-minded and open to feedback and constructive criticism • Reliable and good with time management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $56,500.00 - $64,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) Work Location: On the road
