Join a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence and facilitating transformation in individuals who have exhibited controlling or abusive behaviors. We are currently seeking an Executive Director to lead our mission with passion and commitment. As the Executive Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization through effective leadership and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit leadership, demonstrating success in fundraising, revenue diversification, and developing strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a clear and compelling vision that aligns with our mission and values. • Evaluate the current operational model to identify growth opportunities. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and community leaders. • Ensure financial stability through careful budget oversight and strategic financial planning. • Oversee program management and organizational operations effectively. • Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, advocating for survivors and key policies. • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic initiatives and organizational growth. Qualifications: • A Master's degree in social services, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • A proven track record in nonprofit leadership, with a focus on fundraising and revenue diversification. • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for growth. • Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills. • A deep passion for faith-based service and advocacy for our mission.
