The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic direction, ensuring high program impact, and upholding quality standards in all areas of operation. This role requires a leader who can promote a culture of understanding, equity, and respect, and who is adept at building and supporting a diverse Board of Directors. The Executive Director will also be tasked with managing a substantial budget, maintaining financial sustainability, and expanding fundraising efforts to support the organization's growth.
