Executive Assistant – Operations & Project Support Skilled Nursing / Healthcare Are you someone who loves keeping leaders organized, projects moving, and communication flowing? Do you take pride in being the behind-the-scenes glue that helps teams succeed? If so, we’d love to meet you. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team based in our corporate office in Bensenville, while remotely partnering with our Skilled Nursing communities across Illinois. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional administrative support by helping coordinate projects, track regulatory and compliance efforts, and ensure communication continues smoothly between teams. What You’ll Be Doing · Supporting the executive team with day-to-day administrative and organizational needs · Following up with skilled nursing facilities on active projects and initiatives · Strong, well-rounded communication skills, including comfort picking up the phone and connecting directly with facility leaders · Ability to effectively use email, virtual meetings, and other communication tools to keep initiatives moving forward · Proactive follow-up to ensure information is shared clearly and projects stay on track · Tracking regulatory and compliance-related items and monitoring progress throughout the process · Helping ensure communication continues to flow between leadership and facility teams • Assisting with tracking certain healthcare-related legal or regulatory items (no legal background required) • Offloading administrative tasks so leaders can focus on strategy and operations • Keeping projects organized, deadlines visible, and next steps clear What We’re Looking For · Strong organizational and follow-up skills — you love lists, timelines, and closing the loop · Comfort working in a healthcare or regulated environment (skilled nursing or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required) · Project management strength — formal PM experience isn’t required, but coordination, tracking, and accountability are key · Clear, professional, and friendly communication style · Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm and flexible Backgrounds such as Executive Administration, Compliance, or a newer Paralegal looking to apply organizational and regulatory skills in a healthcare setting may be a great fit.
