The Entry Level Account Manager role will focus on understanding the unique needs of each customer, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring their journey with us is both satisfying and inspiring. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll have the rewarding role of being the first point of contact in our customers' experience. We'll teach the Entry Level Account Manager how to build connections that go beyond services, creating relationships where customers feel genuinely understood and supported. Day-to-Day Duties of the Entry Level Account Manager • Engage directly with customers to assess their needs and recommend products and services that align with their service needs and budget requirements. • Explain product features, benefits, and promotional offers to help customers make informed service selections. • Coordinate activations and upgrades by verifying eligibility, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions across internal systems. • Maintain CRM records to track service milestones, customer interactions, and account changes for reporting and retention efforts. • Analyze feedback and usage trends to identify upsell opportunities and support campaign performance. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues, refine outreach workflows, and uphold AT&T’s standards for customer success. What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Account Manager • High school diploma or GED; coursework in business, communications, or marketing is a plus, but not required. • Experience in account management, customer support, sales coordination, or administrative operations, preferred • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain service plans, product features, and account options clearly across structured outreach channels. • Proficient in CRM platforms and digital workflow tools, with a focus on accurate data entry, account tracking, and service documentation. • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple accounts, service timelines, and campaign tasks in a fast-paced environment.
