We are the Inland Empire's Sales powerhouse and we need bold self-starters to join our team as Customer Service Team Members representing Frontier Telecommunications. This isn’t your typical customer service job — it’s your chance to connect with your community, build impactful relationships, and be the face of Frontier’s game-changing internet, TV, and phone solutions. As the Customer Service Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to master the art of customer connection, generate explosive growth, and build skills that elevate your future, opening doors to leadership and long-term success. The Customer Service Team Member is integral to Frontier's expansion efforts throughout Southern California and will be a key player in driving growth and forging real connections. You will execute relationship-driven customer service solutions that bring Frontier's products directly to the consumer, guiding them through product options, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless experience from first conversation to activation. The Customer Service Team Member Mission: • You will take ownership of your territory by identifying key neighborhoods and opportunities to connect customers with Frontier Communication. • You will engage directly with decision-makers and homeowners, building trust and creating a positive impression. • You will deliver compelling demonstrations that clearly explain Frontier’s products and services, helping customers understand the benefits of fiber internet. • You will assess customer needs by actively listening and recommending tailored solutions that best fit each household. • You will manage the entire enrollment process, guiding customers from initial interest through activation to ensure a seamless experience. • You will stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity to keep the team ahead of the curve. • You will consistently meet and exceed goals by providing excellent customer service and effective communication. • You will foster lasting relationships through follow-up and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
