Full Description

Description:We are looking for a project coordinator! This resource will focus on duties including but not limited to; working with our system on a daily basis, working with drawings, permits, etc., data entry, reporting, some administrative support work, customer mailings, and various office responsibilities. This resource must be able to review, understand and interpret designs. Prior field experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to understand or learn utility drawings, technical jargon, PCP, permitting process, easements. Training is available. Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience with project coordination or project managementMust have strong customer service skills and experience interacting with customersMust have experience with SAP system or similarHas experience with Microsoft Office Suite - especially ExcelHigh school diploma or AA required Should have access to some form of reliable transportation and be timely and reliable Must be detail oriented Must be able to provide at least one professional reference Has experience with Microsoft Office Suite - especially ExcelShould have access to some form of reliable transportation and be timely and reliable Preferred skills: Has over one year of experience with construction projectsPrior CAD experience preferredEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
