5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting with supervisory experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, strong project management and communication skills, and ability to work remotely.
The Role We are seeking a Client/Operations Manager (Controller-Level) to play a dual role in our firm: • Controller-level client work (billable): monthly closes, reconciliations, payroll oversight, and client advisory. • Workflow and client management (non-billable): tracking deadlines, reviewing staff work, and ensuring deliverables are on time.
