We are currently searching for a dedicated and empathetic Client Support Representative to join our team in San Bernardino. In the Client Support Representative position, you will be the friendly face of Frontier Communications, ensuring every client feels valued and understood. We need someone passionate about helping others find helpful tech solutions and loves the challenge of receiving unlimited commissions. Your Duties as a Client Support Representative: • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert advice on Frontier Communications services. • Educate customers on the features and benefits of various products and help them select the best solutions for their needs. • Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services based on customer needs. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all current and new Frontier Communications offerings, promotions, and policies. • Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Desired Qualifications of the Client Support Representative: • Outstanding communication and listening skills. • A natural ability to build trust and rapport. • Strong problem-solving skills. • A desire to work in a client-facing, sales-oriented role. • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Punctual and reliable. • Previous customer service or sales experience is highly preferred.
