What You'll Do: - You will greet and assist clients and attendees with a warm and welcoming attitude. - You will address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations. - You will anticipate potential issues and implement solutions before they escalate. - You will provide detailed information about event schedules, services, and facilities. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. - You will support the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and feedback. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to work in-person at various event locations. - High energy and a positive attitude that lights up a room.
