What You'll Do: - You will greet and assist clients and customers warmly, creating a positive first impression. - You will manage client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction. - You will collaborate with team members to coordinate event logistics and support. - You will proactively identify potential problems and implement solutions before they escalate. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. - You will support the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed. - You will communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and management to ensure smooth operations. - You will contribute to a positive and energetic team atmosphere. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting. - Flexibility to work in-person at various event locations. - High energy and a positive attitude that lights up a room.
