What You'll Do: - You will greet and engage with clients and customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. - You will assist clients with inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions promptly. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and exceptional service delivery. - You will identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them before they escalate. - You will manage client feedback professionally, ensuring concerns are addressed effectively. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and event activities. - You will support event setup and breakdown as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. - You will contribute ideas to improve client service processes and event experiences. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly under pressure. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance suitable for in-person events.
