What You'll Do: - You will greet and assist clients and customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. - You will manage client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently before they escalate. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations. - You will provide real-time feedback to management to improve service delivery. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will support event setup and breakdown as needed. - You will adapt quickly to changing situations and client needs. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working in fast-paced, in-person event settings. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are a team player who can also work independently. - You have a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
