What You'll Do: - You will greet and engage with clients and customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. - You will assist clients with inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations. - You will proactively identify and resolve potential problems to prevent disruptions. - You will manage client feedback and communicate it effectively to the management team. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details. - You will support the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - You are comfortable working in fast-paced, in-person event environments. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
