What You'll Do: - You will greet and engage clients warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere at events. - You will assist customers by answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues promptly. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and excellent service delivery. - You will identify potential problems early and implement solutions to prevent escalation. - You will manage client inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details. - You will support the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed. - You will contribute ideas to improve client service processes and event experiences.
