What You'll Do: - You will greet and engage with clients and customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. - You will assist clients with inquiries and provide timely, accurate information. - You will identify and resolve potential issues proactively to prevent escalation. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution. - You will manage client feedback and communicate insights to improve service quality. - You will maintain professionalism and represent the company’s values at all times. - You will support logistical tasks related to event setup and breakdown as needed. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - You are able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
