Client Account Director – Healthcare Revenue Cycle We’re seeking a Client Account Director to lead strategic revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients. This senior role drives financial performance, ensures operational excellence, and builds strong client partnerships. What You’ll Do: • Act as primary executive contact for client accounts • Oversee billing, collections, A/R, charge capture & denial management • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve cash flow & reduce A/R days • Deliver clear, persuasive reporting to client and internal leadership • Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, consulting, or client service • 2+ years leadership experience • Strong data analysis & reporting skills (Excel proficiency required) • Proven ability to present to executive-level audiences • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills • Ability to travel as needed (primarily remote role) Preferred but not required: • Bachelor’s degree • Knowledge of multiple specialties and billing platforms Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health, well-being, and professional growth of our employees.
