About the Role The Chief Treasury Management Operations Officer provides executive leadership over the Bank’s Treasury Management and Payments infrastructure, product delivery, and compliance strategy. This position ensures Treasury services are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the Bank’s long-term growth goals. The role focuses on operational execution, infrastructure development, and modernization to support Treasury sales and client delivery. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and enhance Treasury products and infrastructure for scalability and profitability. • Own pricing strategy and evaluate competitive positioning across all Treasury products. • Oversee compliance with Nacha, Reg E, UCC, FFIEC, and BSA/AML standards. • Lead the execution of Treasury product delivery, ensuring operational excellence and superior client experience. • Collaborate with executive teams to report on product performance, compliance, and risk management. • Direct implementation, onboarding, and client support processes for Treasury products. What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of progressive leadership in Treasury Management, Payments, or Commercial Banking. • Proven success in product development, pricing, and compliance oversight. • Deep understanding of payments systems, treasury products, and regulatory requirements. • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CTP/CPM certification preferred.
