In this crucial role, you will help construct an innovative SaaS platform designed to empower emerging entrepreneurs and online content creators. This is a hands-on position concentrated on daily operations, spearheading product development, leading diverse teams, establishing streamlined processes, implementing customer feedback systems, and enhancing sales and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of scaling startups, cultivating and leading high-performing teams, and possess extensive knowledge of the SaaS landscape. As our Founding COO, you will work in close collaboration with our founder, who brings unparalleled expertise in digital business and personal brand development. We are looking for an individual with a humble demeanor, a strong desire to create effective systems, and a meticulous focus on metrics and deliverables. Experience in the creator economy, particularly within B2C, DTC SaaS, or social media-focused technology, will be highly advantageous. You will also play a significant role in developing and managing our affiliate marketing strategies, making knowledge in affiliate marketing a valuable asset.
