Responsibilities • Driving Business Growth: Take ownership of lead generation by cold calling businesses to obtain leads and help secure new listings. • Managing the Sales Funnel: Find qualified buyers for our listings. • Executing Strategic Marketing: Manage all marketing initiatives, including creating and sending targeted email campaigns, overseeing our website's development and SEO, and managing our social media presence. • Networking: Represent our company at industry events and trade shows to build relationships and find new business opportunities. • Measuring Success: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize your strategies to ensure a clear return on investment. Requirements • Proven Experience: A strong background in both marketing and business development, preferably in a sales-driven environment. • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a confident, professional phone presence. • Digital Savvy: Expertise in social media management, email marketing campaigns, and SEO best practices. • Tech Proficient: Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems. • Degree: A marketing degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
