We are a business consulting firm in the Fort Lauderdale area that specializes in handling customer service, sales, and management for our Fortune 50 clients, such as AT&T. We believe in approaching the sales and brand promotion process with a customer-first mentality to ensure that all our interactions are mutually beneficial for us, our clients, and our customers. By offering personalized, one-on-one sales support, we’re able to meet AT&T’s sales revenue targets while exceeding customer satisfaction and retention metrics. Due to our successful and extensive track record with customer relations, we are now looking to expand our operations into new markets and client partnerships! To assist with this growth, we are actively seeking new AT&T Outside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As an AT&T Outside Sales Representative with our firm, you will be responsible for building initial relationships with customers, closing sales deals, and offering ongoing customer service. As this is an entry level position, we do provide full training on all of the skills necessary to excel and advance your career in this role. You will benefit from our experienced senior sales team members as you learn sales techniques, customer service strategies, and team management skills to set you up for success with us and beyond. Responsibilities of an AT&T Outside Sales Representative: • Present and promote the AT&T brand as well as its products services to customers directly and in person in a thorough, accurate, and favorable manner, highlighting the potential benefits of each plan to the customer • Build and maintain relationships with customers by offering hands-on, consistent customer service and sales support throughout the process • Assist customers in analyzing available options, placing orders, scheduling installations/appointments, and troubleshooting any service/customer service issues • Recommend plans that meet customer service needs and budget requirements by actively listening to their concerns and demonstrating thorough product knowledge • Attend all team meetings to share feedback, brainstorm ideas, and implement effective solutions to changing market conditions Qualifications of an AT&T Outside Sales Representative: • An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred • Previous experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is a plus • Goal-oriented individuals motivated to set and achieve goals at regular intervals • Humble individuals willing to start in an entry level position • Positive attitude with the desire to learn and acquire new skills • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,659.67 - $62,256.80 per year Work Location: In person
