Assistant Vice President, Construction Project Management About the Company Nationally acclaimed real estate development & management firm Industry Real Estate Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Construction Project Management to lead and oversee multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of projects while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing project documentation, contracts, and schedules, and utilizing advanced project management tools for accurate tracking and reporting. The AVP will also be tasked with interpreting technical documents, providing leadership and mentorship to team members, and contributing to the development of project scopes in alignment with organizational goals. Applicants must have an Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in managing multifamily and mixed-use projects. Proficiency in project management tools, strong skills in contract negotiation, budgeting, and subcontract administration, and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical reports are essential.
