Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Houston, TX (On-Site) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Compensation: $28hr to $32hr based off experience level Position Overview We are seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in our Houston office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of administrative experience and demonstrate the ability to support senior leadership effectively. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings • Arrange detailed travel itineraries and process expense reports • Organize and coordinate catered meetings and internal events • Modify and format presentations using digital quality control (DQC) tools • Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while ensuring efficient daily operations • Manage highly confidential information with discretion • Assist with process improvements and support team initiatives as needed Required Qualifications Education • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required) • Bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience (required) • Experience in a professional services environment (preferred) Technical Skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong computer skills, including Adobe • Experience with Oracle database (preferred) Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour Search managed by: Riley Grubbs Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
