About the Role A rapidly expanding healthcare organization is seeking a proactive and communication-focused Client Success Manager to oversee clinic accounts, support growth in prescription volume, and ensure strong, consistent relationships with providers and clinic staff. This role centers on communication, account health analysis, report creation, and cross-team coordination — not basic customer service. You will function as a strategic partner to your clinics and a bridge between operations, billing, and leadership. What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary communication lead for assigned clinics and providers • Build strong, growth-focused relationships and uncover opportunities to increase account volume • Generate weekly and monthly reports on account activity, trends, and performance • Monitor account health using internal tools and proactively resolve issues impacting growth or workflow • Communicate account needs to internal teams including operations, pharmacy, billing, and shipping • Support onboarding of new clinics and ensure smooth setup in internal systems • Provide clinics with updates on new products, pricing structures, workflows, and company initiatives • Coordinate internally to ensure the client experience is consistent and aligned across all departments • Assist with special projects, account audits, and strategic planning • Maintain accurate documentation and follow defined processes Qualifications • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, medical office, or account management preferred • Strong communicator — verbal, written, and interdepartmental • Organized, analytical, and comfortable working with reports/data • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail with the ability to think proactively and anticipate needs • Professional, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple clinics simultaneously • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Compensation • Starting at $60,000/year (DOE) • Bonus opportunities based on performance and account growth • Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing company Confidentiality Notice This posting is for a confidential employer in the Houston healthcare sector.
