As the Sales Lead, you will be at the forefront of our puppy sales initiatives via our multiple stores in Houston, ensuring our beloved puppies find loving homes while achieving and exceeding sales quotas. This role is not only pivotal in driving sales performance but also in shaping the future of our puppy selection and services. You will have the opportunity to lead and develop a sales team of 12, providing them with the training and mentorship needed to succeed. Working directly with the Sales Manager, you will strategize to capture new opportunities, making this role highly rewarded economically through a competitive salary and generous performance bonuses. Responsibilities: Spearhead sales efforts to meet and surpass targets, emphasizing the joy of puppy ownership. Strategize with the leadership team to enhance puppy sales and services, focusing on health and customer satisfaction. Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of the sales team, fostering a culture of success and passion for pets. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to guide strategic decisions and product offerings. Ensure alignment between store objectives and corporate goals, creating a seamless strategy for growth.
