To support our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduler to join our team. Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients and scheduling appointments for our business development and sales teams. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and experience in outbound lead generation, prospecting, or appointment setting—preferably within professional services or outsourcing. Key Responsibilities • Research and identify potential clients within target markets (Businesses, Accounting firms, etc.). • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other communication channels. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the sales team. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead activities in the CRM system. • Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and ensure high show-up rates. • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and lead targeting. • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion metrics, and appointment outcomes. • Maintain a professional, courteous, and results-driven approach in all communications. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field). • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing (preferably in outsourcing, BPO, or service-based industries). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace. • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
