We’re looking for a BILINGUAL Customer Support/Tech Support Representative to join a mission-driven medical technology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes—especially for those with undiagnosed sleep-related health issues. In this role, you'll support healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams with top-tier customer service and technical assistance. You’ll play a critical role in helping people get access to life-changing diagnostic tools, all while working remotely from the comfort of your home. What You’ll Do • Provide exceptional Customer Support/Technical Support for medical device products and services. • Respond to inbound calls and emails to Troubleshoot, Research, and Resolve product issues. • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues. • Educate customers on product usage and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience. • Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
