Senior Director, Technology Operations The Senior Director, Technology Operations leads the global delivery, security, and performance of enterprise IT services. This role oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and end user support across all regions, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology services while driving operational excellence. Responsibilities • Lead global IT support and operations teams delivering on-site and remote services. • Establish and manage global standards, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure consistent service quality. • Oversee a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC), including threat monitoring and incident response. • Drive cybersecurity strategy, incident remediation, and alignment with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). • Define and execute the global infrastructure and operations roadmap. • Manage budgets, vendors, staffing, and technology investments. • Serve as a senior escalation point for critical IT and security incidents. • Build and develop high-performing, globally distributed teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including global or regional responsibility. • Proven experience leading large-scale IT operations and/or SOC environments. • Strong knowledge of ITIL, cybersecurity frameworks, and ITSM/SIEM tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills. Preferred Certifications • ITIL v4, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent.
