We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in business process optimization and transformation to join our Enterprise IT division. This role will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive digital transformation, and align technology solutions with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in enterprise IT project delivery and business process analysis, with a proven ability to manage large-scale programs from concept through implementation in dynamic corporate environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for complex enterprise IT initiatives — including planning, execution, and delivery. • Partner closely with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize business processes aligned with enterprise objectives. • Drive alignment between IT, operations, and business functions to ensure solutions meet strategic, financial, and operational goals. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts. • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across projects; proactively develop mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards, PMO processes, and change management frameworks. • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to executive sponsors and steering committees. • Lead process mapping, documentation, and improvement efforts using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN. • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 8+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT and business transformation projects. • Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), process improvement frameworks, and enterprise systems integration. • Experience leading cross-functional teams within large corporate or global environments. • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP, and digital platforms (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce). • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology teams, translating process requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills. • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification highly preferred. Preferred Attributes • Experience working in a shared services or enterprise applications environment. • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change. • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and global teams.
