You will revamp and run the patient growth engine, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and retention. Additionally, you will own strategy, budget, and outcomes across key marketing channels.
You should have a track record of success in growth or consumer marketing and experience in scaling acquisition and retention engines. Comfort in fast-moving startup environments and a focus on execution and outcomes are essential.
About the Role We’re hiring our first Marketing role — a functional leader to join the team and own patient growth, acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle. You’ll define how Conduit reaches and retains patients — partnering closely with the founders, product, sales, and operations to scale both the funnel and the team. From revamping paid acquisition to building lifecycle programs, this is a high-impact role at the intersection of consumer marketing and healthcare. We’ve seen strong early signal on product-market fit. What we need now is a marketing leader who can turn traction into scalable systems — with speed, clarity, and accountability. In this role, you will: Revamp and run the patient growth engine: acquisition, conversion, retention. Own strategy, budget, and outcomes across key channels (Meta, Google, SEO, referral, partner co-marketing). Partner closely with Product on onboarding and conversion flows. Build lifecycle and retention programs (CRM, messaging, repeat order funnels). Hire and manage a small but high-performing marketing team. Translate company goals into clear, measurable growth initiatives. About You You are both a builder and an operator — excited to design systems and also run them hands-on in the early days. You are both data-driven & creative, comfortable being the most senior marketing voice in the room, and humble enough to roll up your sleeves. You might be a fit if you: Have a track record of success in growth or consumer marketing, with relevant experience scaling acquisition and retention engines from the ground up. Have partnered with product teams to shape growth funnels. Know how to run and optimize significant paid budgets. Are comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments. Care about execution, systems, and outcomes — not just ideas. Bonus points if you’ve worked in: Healthtech, insurance tech, or marketplaces. Companies with both B2C and B2B2C dynamics. Roles bridging brand and growth together.
