Senior Application Developer About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise web applications using modern Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Angular, C#, .NET, IIS, Identity Management solutions, GitHub, Azure DevOps (ADO), and application security remediation practices. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate across development, security, infrastructure, and business teams while mentoring developers and driving delivery excellence.  Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET, and Angular.  * Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and backend integrations with SQL Server and other enterprise systems.  * Manage and support web applications hosted on Microsoft IIS, including deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.  * Implement and maintain authentication and authorization solutions leveraging Identity Management platforms, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Single Sign-On technologies. * Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, design reviews, and technical planning sessions.  * Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex application issues across development, QA, and production environments.  * Build and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.  * Collaborate with security teams to address application vulnerabilities and support HCL AppScan SAST/DAST remediation activities. * Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices, coding standards, and secure development methodologies.  * Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.    Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. * 5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.  * Strong development experience with:  * C# * ASP.NET MVC/Web API * .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+ * Angular * JavaScript / TypeScript * HTML5 / CSS3 * SQL Server and T-SQL  * Experience administering and deploying applications on Microsoft IIS.  * Experience with GitHub, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.  * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. * Experience with IdentityServer, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or SAML. * Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native architectures.  * Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.  * Experience supporting application security initiatives and remediation of HCL AppScan findings. * Familiarity with DevSecOps practices. * Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.    Flexible Working At Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements.
