About the Role The IT Testing Engineer II is responsible for hands-on manual and automation testing of .NET-based web applications. This role requires strong experience in functional testing, web UI testing, test case development, and defect management across Agile and/or Waterfall environments. The ideal candidate brings Healthcare domain knowledge and ensures high-quality releases through comprehensive validation and collaboration with development teams. Key Responsibilities * Perform hands-on functional and web UI testing for .NET applications * Create and maintain test scripts, plans, and cases * Conduct regression, post-release, and UAT testing * Identify, document, and track defects to resolution * Collaborate with developers to ensure software meets business requirements Required Experience * 5+ years QA experience (Technology or Healthcare) * Manual & automation testing (Selenium or AI-based tools) * SDLC knowledge (Agile/Waterfall) and defect management experience * Strong communication skills; ability to work with business users * Healthcare knowledge a plus: HIPAA, Claims Processing, Medicare/Medicaid, EDI transactions (837, 834, 835, 270, 276) Education & additional Requirements * BS/BA preferred * Remote work capability with dedicated workspace and high-speed internet Flexible Working At Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$89,000 annually.
