Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative Pay: $17/hour This may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM EST (any 8-hour shift) About the Role Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative supporting patients and healthcare customers with a pharmaceutical savings card program. You will help callers activate cards, request replacements, troubleshoot issues at the pharmacy, and provide general program information while delivering exceptional service and empathy. What You’ll Do Assist callers with card activation and troubleshooting Handle requests for replacement or new cards Provide program details and savings information Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines Deliver friendly, efficient support in a fast-paced call center environment What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of call center and customer service experience (retail accepted) Pharmaceutical Call Center experience preferred Must be able to read, write, communicate in both English and Spanish Strong communication and problem-solving skills Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday thru Friday Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems Must pass an internet speed test (hard-wired connection only) Quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work Highschool Diploma or equivalent Must be able to successfully complete a background check Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program Requirements: We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies, including but not limited to: States: AK, CT, CA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MT, NJ, NY, OR, WA.
