At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in auto body shop or collision repair, with strong communication and computer skills.

We pride ourselves on offering the very best customer service and the highest quality repairs Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: • Call on insurance assignments and schedule repairs/estimates. • Update customers and Insurance companies with repair status. • Check in vehicles, complete vehicle walk around. • Answer incoming customer inquiries • Record customer information within our customer service database • Complete final paperwork and obtain payment confirmations • Deliver vehicles, complete all necessary paperwork. • Complete and assist in miscellaneous tasks. Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills • Strong written/oral communication skills • Experience in the auto insurance/collision repair industry preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel Pay: TBD based on experience/qualifications Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Occasional Saturday Experience: • Customer Service: 1 years • Auto Body Shop: Experience preferred Will train on the following: • Survey damage on vehicles to create an estimate of repair. • Complete estimates in a timely manner. • Insure estimates are written to ensure adequate Company profits and quality repair. • Educate each customer about the repair invoiced in getting their vehicle repaired (including insurance procedures, alternative parts utilization, repair techniques, safety, value) • Follow up with customers about additional/supplemental damage card and possible extended repair time when necessary.
