Company Description Concierge Ride TN Inc. is committed to delivering a premium transportation experience from booking to arrival. Supported by a team of Client Representatives, reservations can be made via website, email, text, or phone from Monday to Friday, 7AM to 6PM. Our fleet is meticulously maintained to ensure comfort and safety. We pride ourselves on knowing our clients personally while being equipped to serve Business Executives traveling to various locations including BNA, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Knoxville, Kentucky, or local private airfields, as well as Corporate clients hosting VIPs or large events. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Spring Hill, TN for a Senior Chauffeur. The Client Ambassador will be responsible for safe and timely transportation of clients, managing client interactions with high levels of customer service, and ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Duties also include coordinating logistics for pick-up and drop-off, handling reservations, and addressing any client inquiries or concerns. Qualifications • Excellent Customer Service skills • Proficient in Operations Management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
