The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with a federal client, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. They will also oversee productivity and operational effectiveness while facilitating weekly meetings with the development team and stakeholders.
Candidates must be US Citizens with a Secret Clearance and a master's degree or MBA in a relevant field. Additionally, they should have at least ten years of project management experience, expertise in Agile methodology, and experience working with military human resource management.
About the role Concept Plus is seeking a Program Manager (PM) as the single management lead and the technical lead to serve as the primary interface with a federal client and shall attend status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders as required, accompanied by the technical lead when necessary. The PM will ensure that all work on this contract complies with contract terms and conditions. What you'll do Ensure overall productivity and operational effectiveness through continuous improvement and utilization of resources and assets. Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and mandates. Ensure flexibility and agility of systems to adapt quickly and cost-effectively to support changes in business mission and operational environment. Prevent IT obsolescence, reduce IT maintenance & operations costs, and free-up budget resources for investing in new IT projects and capabilities. The PM will schedule a weekly meeting, along with a weekly DevSecOps meeting, with the development team, helpdesk, and government client to review status of builds, bug fixes and enhancements. Strong verbal, written, organizational and documentation skills. Qualifications US Citizen Secret Clearance required. Must have master’s degree (or MBA) in strategic/change management, business administration or equivalent. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. A Minimum of ten (10) years’ practical and professional experience in project management to include enterprise transition planning and implementation as it relates to military human resource management in the areas of organization, leadership, personnel, and facilities.
