Full Description

Reporting to the Director, Foodservice Finance; Business Development, you will oversee key Foodservice customer trade agreements and partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support the delivery of Foodservice objectives. You will also oversee commission and broker incentives to enable sales and profitable growth across the Foodservice segment. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Own and manage Foodservice customer contract data, translating complex agreements into actionable trade promotion tracking, reporting, and insights. Act as a trusted finance partner to cross functional teams, offering clear guidance on customer sales and trade spend while prioritizing needs, mitigating risk, and unlocking growth opportunities. Support quarter end close through accurate and timely trade accounting activities. Develop and deliver financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate changes in Foodservice customer contracts and inform decision making and forecasts. Support Customer Cost to Serve reporting and analysis for the Foodservice segment, providing visibility into profitability drivers and improvement opportunities. Oversee monthly broker commission statements and manage annual incentive tracking to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance. Serve as the expert and trainer for sales teams, brokers, and internal partners on sales and trade management tools to drive adoption and effective usage. Maintain and govern ERP master data for the Foodservice segment while supporting the transition to SAP S/4 to ensure data integrity and process continuity. Contribute to high impact finance and Foodservice wide initiatives, flexing across projects to support evolving business priorities. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related degree required 5 or more years of general business or financial experience; Foodservice industry experience preferred. Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity, change, and a dynamic business environment. Proficiency leveraging analytics and insights to develop meaningful financial solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong financial business acumen. Experience supporting projects from conception to completion. Proven record of building strong relationships with internal customers and peers. Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SAP; sales and trade systems experience is a plus. Proficiency managing and recommending efficiencies within systems and tools. Number of Days in Office: 3 #LI-Hybrid #LI-MSL #LI-GS1 Compensation Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
