Full Description

Reporting to the Manager of Finance Modernization, within the Global FP&A Team, the Senior Analyst of Finance Modernization role is an analytical and innovative individual who will be a project manager, developer, and advisor to the broader Finance organization. You will play an important part in transforming financial systems while improving efficiency, saving costs, and unlocking data for business-driving decision-making. You will partner cross-functionally with Finance and IT to manage projects and implement reporting and process solutions. Adaptation to new technologies and being agile with changing priorities is critical. Your Impact: • Partner with other Finance teams to assess complex business problems, develop and present solution proposals, and implement development of those solutions using data modeling, visualization, and automation tools and techniques. • Analyze current business processes and identify inefficiencies/areas for improvement in financial reporting and operations. Present findings and recommendations related to optimizing process, metrics and technologies to key stakeholders. • Manage multiple automation and reporting projects from end to end. Use project management systems to track completion, defects, and resolutions of development items and bugs. Reprioritize work to ensure alignment with business strategy and needs. Provide updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and outcomes. • Work with IT partners to communicate requirements and validate system and data enhancements required to support project progress. • Adapt to technological and data changes to ensure stability of financial processes and systems. Be a subject matter expert on financial, automation, visualization, and analytical applications. Your Experience: • Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, or another quantitative field. • 5+ years' experience in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience with focus on modernization, process improvement, reporting, and automation. • Experience developing business partnerships with internal customers and peers, providing thought leadership, analytics, and insight that adds value to organizational processes. • Experience leading projects and driving results. Exposure to Continuous Delivery methods or Agile development principals is a plus. Number of Days in Office: 3 #LI-Hybrid #LI-MSL #LI-PM1 Compensation: Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
