Are you a hands-on manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish? We are adding a Project Manager to oversee our public safety installations at our customers' worksites. In this role, you'll lead teams, manage schedules and budgets, and actively participate in installing 12 volt battery camera and security systems. Our projects include installing parking monitoring systems in vehicles and video monitoring solutions in transit environments. You'll break down complex projects into actionable tasks, delegate responsibilities, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification. Since risk assessment and safety are central to everything we do, you will evaluate customer worksites, identify potential hazards, and take proactive steps to protect people and resources. This is a hands-on role your leadership extends beyond the office. You'll be directly involved in installation activities and collaborating with your team in real-world environments. Travel to customer sites is required, providing variety and the opportunity to see your work make an immediate impact. We value experience and expertise. Candidates should have at least four years of related experience, a degree in a related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead teams in fast-paced, hands-on settings are essential.
