Full Description

Position: US Brand & Market Lead Location: San Diego / Southern California Core Objective: To be the key person responsible for taking first US store from inception to being recognized and accepted by the mainstream US market. Mandarin: Proficient for work communication Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand/marketing/public relations (with experience in the US local market or 0-to-1 market development) Core Competencies: 1. Content Creation: Ability to distill key brand points and translate them into compelling content and stories that resonate with US consumers. 2. Platform and Channel Resources: Familiarity with the recommendation logic, content boundaries, and basic advertising rules of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, and Google; experience with channel resources or third-party collaborations (media, KOLs, platforms, agencies, etc.) 3. Successful Cases: Led or executed complete marketing plans (planning → execution → review); possesses the ability to evaluate and prioritize resources, and can decline inefficient or unsuitable collaborations; responsible for brand communication results and able to quickly adjust strategies based on performance. 4. Practicality and Execution: Able to independently manage opening communications, media/KOL collaborations, customer experience optimization, and store presentation. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute client's US brand communication strategy • Responsible for the opening of the first store and subsequent brand building • Liaise with US media, KOLs, and local platforms • Manage English content and align with the China headquarters on brand strategy. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese to communicate with the HQ. Bonus Points: • Experience in the catering/food/lifestyle brand industry • Experience in bringing foreign brands to North America
