Job title: Business-level Mandarin Speaker - Warehouse Specialist Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States- Onsite Pay ranges: $20.00 to $22.00/hr - probationary (then $23.00 to $25.00/hr after probationary) Job Type: 3 month probationary, then transfer to permanent Working hourse: 5:00am-2pm Requirements: • Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China. • Willing to work in a start-up company Benefit details • 7 PTO days • 5 Paid Sick Leave Days • 6 Paid Holidays • 401K with 100% Matching up to 2% • 50% Medical insurance, 100% Dental, Vision, and STD/LTD Insurance Key Responsibilities: • Assist supervisors with operations of DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards. • Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols. • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. • Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability. • Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews. • Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding. • Design training to improve service quality. • Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control. • Continuously optimize collection models and processes. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners. • Handle daily operations and emergency responses. Qualifications & Requirements • Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China, so fluency in Mandarin is essential. • Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
