About the Role We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support our recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for an early-career professional in Recruiter who is ready to assume broader responsibilities in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. • Handle new-hire onboarding and offboarding processes. Qualifications • 0.5–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and responsibility. • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred (for communication with cross-border clients). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
