Overview CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineer - Test Management position for our client. Location: Orlando, FL Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end functional, system, integration, and regression testing for web and mobile applications. • Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and scenarios independently. • Monitor test execution, manage defects, and report status to stakeholders. • Coordinate with Development, BA, Product, and Release teams for smooth delivery. • Mentor junior testers and drive QA best practices. Must-Have Skills: • Test planning, test case creation/execution, defect management, regression and performance testing. • Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Leadership experience managing QA teams and independent testing. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: • Automation testing (web/mobile), Appium experience. • Mobile testing, Cloud JIRA, Kanban, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline familiarity. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
