• United States • Contract • Yes • 14273 Job Description Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking to fill a Business Systems Analyst V opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 5 months Overview: The Business Systems Analyst V will manage and coordinate SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing for a major loan accounting system implementation (AFS Vision). Responsibilities include creating business requirements, writing test scripts/cases, coordinating testers, managing testing activities, and resolving defects. The role also supports dress rehearsal and live conversion events, ensuring smooth project execution. Primary Responsibilities: • Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and test cases; execute and monitor results. • Serve as functional lead on complex projects and mentor junior staff. • Collaborate with business units to clarify requirements and provide feedback on system functionality. • Coordinate resources, timelines, and project estimates for assigned projects. • Serve as SME to advise on enterprise-wide initiatives and system impacts. • Manage post-implementation feedback and issue resolution. Scope of Responsibilities: • Oversee testing and conversion activities. • Facilitate communication between business, technical teams, and vendors. • Ensure deliverables meet regulatory, business, and corporate standards. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: • Mentor less experienced staff. • Lead functional teams for complex project initiatives. Education and Experience Required: • SIT and UAT test coordination, preferably with loan servicing systems. • Ability to write business requirements and test scripts/cases. • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. • Minimum 6 years combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience. • Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software. Education and Experience Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree. • SME in supported systems/applications. • Experience managing multiple complex projects. • Advanced understanding of applications and integrated systems. • Proficient with project management, word processing, and spreadsheet tools. • Familiarity with application development platforms. • Ability to present to all management levels. • Experience with bank acquisition methodology or conversion projects. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
