Role Description This part-time hybrid role of Technical Account Manager combines onsite presence at the N Billerica, MA office with remote work flexibility. The role involves managing client relationships, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing projects. The Technical Account Manager will work closely with the internal team to align solutions with client needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Experience in Technical Account Management with skills to build and maintain relationships • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively for clients • Excellent Project Management skills to organize, schedule, and execute client-focused initiatives • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with audience data platforms or similar technology systems is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
