We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Associate to join a fast-paced operations team supporting large-scale distribution and supply chain activities. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who want to build strong foundational experience in supply chain, operations, and process optimization within a dynamic environment. You will work on real-world projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on exposure to inventory planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. A Day in the Life • Support inventory management, forecasting, and order processing to ensure smooth daily operations • Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and operational efficiency • Participate in special projects and take ownership of assigned initiatives • Work closely with supply chain systems and reporting tools to support decision-making What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed within the last 12 months (Entry Level experience) • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Customer-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence Why This Role • Hands-on experience in supply chain and distribution operations • Exposure to real business challenges and continuous improvement projects • Opportunity to develop professional skills early in your career • Collaborative team environment with learning and growth opportunities "TGIT01" Job Type: Contract Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
